What we collect

When you use Eler, we collect information necessary to provide the service:

  • Account information (name, email) provided through our authentication provider
  • 3D model files you upload for rendering
  • Render outputs and project data you create
  • Usage analytics to improve the product

How we use it

Your data is used to provide the rendering service, improve the product, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your 3D models and renders

Your uploaded models and generated renders are your property. We store them to provide the service and do not use your project files to train AI models. To make a render, we send the images of your views, along with any reference images and instructions you add, to the AI rendering services listed below. They use them to produce your render and may keep them for a limited time to detect abuse. They do not use them to train their models, with one exception: Ideogram may use images and instructions that it flags as breaking its usage rules to train its models.

Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how the product is used and to improve the experience. This includes page views, feature usage, and error tracking.

Emails

We email you about your account and your projects, for example when a file you uploaded doesn't convert. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works the same for everyone, wherever you live. We stop emailing addresses that bounce or that mark our emails as spam.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at constantine@eler.ai.
