When you use Eler, we collect information necessary to provide the service:

• Account information (name, email) provided through our authentication provider
• 3D model files you upload for rendering
• Render outputs and project data you create
• Usage analytics to improve the product

How we use it

Your data is used to provide the rendering service, improve the product, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your 3D models and renders

Your uploaded models and generated renders are your property. We store them to provide the service and do not use your project files to train AI models.

Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how the product is used and to improve the experience. This includes page views, feature usage, and error tracking.

Third-party services

• WorkOS for authentication
• Google Cloud for AI rendering (Gemini)
• PostHog for analytics
• Vercel for hosting

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at constantine@eler.ai.
