Eler is an AI-powered rendering tool that generates photorealistic images from 3D architectural models. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of all 3D models you upload and all renders generated from them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any models and reference images you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the rendering pipeline
• Overload the service with automated requests beyond normal usage
• Share your account credentials with others

AI-generated output

Renders are generated by AI models and may not be perfectly accurate representations of real-world construction. They are intended for visualization and presentation purposes. You are responsible for verifying accuracy for any professional use.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Eler AI, Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI-generated renders for construction, engineering, or other professional decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
