Frequently asked questions
What counts as a render?[+][-]
Each picture Eler draws for you: a render of your 3D model, or an edit of a render. A render on a standard model takes 1 render from your plan; on a premium model (Pro and Studio) it takes 3. A render that fails takes nothing.
What happens when I run out of renders?[+][-]
Add renders with a top-up pack, or move to a bigger plan, in one click. Top-up renders are used after your monthly renders and don't expire. Your monthly renders come back at the start of each month.
Can I buy renders without a subscription?[+][-]
Yes. Get 20 renders for $9, paid once, for a single project. They don't expire and render on the standard models. If you render every month, a plan costs less per render.
How do annual plans work?[+][-]
An annual plan costs 10 months of the monthly price: 2 months are free. You get the same renders every month, and they reset each month on the day your plan started.
How does the free trial work?[+][-]
In the countries where it's offered, the Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial with 20 renders. Starter and Studio start when you pay. For the trial you add a card, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then in Settings, under Manage subscription, and you pay nothing.
Can I use the renders commercially?[+][-]
Yes. On every paid plan you can use your renders in client presentations, marketing and anything else your work needs.
What is a seat?[+][-]
A person in your organization who can render. Starter and Pro have 1 seat. Studio has 3, for a small firm working on the same projects: the owner invites teammates by email from Settings, and every seat shares the plan's renders.
